I am a bi-lingual Briton who has been living in the south of France and working in French real estate since 2002.  I have built up a national network of contacts in the luxury real estate industry, including both agents and developers. This allows me access to thousands of properties, old and new, from charming châteaux and established vineyards to luxury villas and ski chalets. As well as this, I have become an expert in French investment property with in-depth knowledge of the leaseback and usufruite purchase systems.

We have uploaded onto the website a sample of French properties currently available for sale to give you an idea of what is actually on the market and their relevant market prices.  However, we actually have access to thousands of properties, so whatever you are looking for, whatever your budget, we can help you.  All you need to do is complete the search form below and as soon as we receive it, we will start a bespoke search for you. 

Once we have some suitable properties to propose, we will email you full details, including location, photos, dimensions and a full description.  If you decide that there are properties that you’d like to come and visit, then we will arrange that for you too.  If you fall in love with a property, we will accompany and help you through the whole purchase process, translating, liaising with sales agents, banks and notaries to ensure a seamless, smooth transaction.  And our help does not finish there.  Once you own your property, we will help you to arrange the connection of your utilities and services (such as telephone and internet), find reputable tradespeople for work large or small and be on hand to advise and translate as you require. I am still in contact with some of my very first clients and am proud of the continued trust they have in me.

Our search services are free as our agent and developer partners pay our commission fees directly at the conclusion of a sale. For supplementary services (for example, post-sale services such as arranging and liaising with tradesmen, translating correspondence, etc) we charge a small hourly fee.
